Azalea Residential Compound

Azalea is a 3 Feddan residential compound in the northern extensions of 6th of October city. One of the project’s main challenges was to design a luxurious gated community despite the restricted land area, the residential types that were limited to small-medium apartments, and limited car accessibility to the buildings. Nest Architects achieved this by designing the gated community as a single cluster with a green haven at its heart. Access was created through a service and parking basement level extending under the plot area and allowing the ground level to enjoy continuity with landscapes, pedestrian paths, and a quiet environment.
