City Group Mall

City Group Mall is a large-scale project that pursued new horizons for commercial spaces in Kuwait. Unlike most shopping experiences in the region, the central creak running through the project was designed to integrate an outdoor park with shops and recreational spaces. By creating filters of greenery and plants and designing a dynamic retractable glass roof, the inner garden spaces allow natural ventilation and refreshing breeze while maintaining the possibility of a controlled and air-conditioned space, depending on climatic conditions. The unique and inspiring design enabled the developers to authorize the project site from an industrial to a commercial land use.
