Cure Medical Center

Cure is a mixed-use project comprising a medical center with multiple clinics, a pharmacy, and a commercial space to accommodate a food & beverage operator. The building occupies a prime location in Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, which is why the developer required a unique architectural language that expressed its specific image as a medical center while achieving aesthetic appeal to users and the public. Our design team made an unconventional choice of using brick cladding and fair-faced concrete which resonated with the functional aspect of the project, and also used areas of structured glazing to make the building inviting and contemporary. As we constantly strive at Nest Architects, the objective was to explore integrations between novelty, function, and aesthetics.
